TURNKEY MANUFACTURING

When quantities are not high enough to use alternate methods of manufacture, laser/plasma cutting is an ideal method. Depending on the type of materials, GSS offers a number of secondary operations and finishes for products. GSS offers metal stamping and pressing services for a variety of sheet metal products and applications. GSS can manufacture products in a variety of materials and thicknesses according to your specific design requirements and in accordance with specified tolerances and drawings.

cnc punching
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) punching is a manufacturing process that is controlled automatically by a CNC punch press. This process is used to punch sheet metals which generally range from between 0.5mm to approx. 6.0mm.
The advantage of using a CNC punch press is that this machinery has the ability to create more complex designs than regular punching/stamping. This advanced machinery has the ability to identify the most economical use of material in a given sheet ensuring products are manufactured in the most economical way possible.
GSS can work in a variety of materials with the most common being steel, galvanised sheet, stainless, and aluminium sheet.
